Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Fulfillment All fine art prints are custom-made to order. I work directly with professional fine art labs to ensure the highest museum-quality standards. Because each piece is printed specifically for you, please allow 5 business days for production before shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy Because every print is custom-made to order, all sales are final. I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or misunderstanding of the medium (e.g., expecting a metal print when ordering a fine art print).

Damaged or Defective Orders In the rare event that your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, I will absolutely replace it at no cost to you.

  • To start a claim: Please email me at returns@danielle.photos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Required: Include photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged print.

  • Resolution: I will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you immediately.

Cancellations Orders are sent to the lab for production within 4 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact me immediately. Once the print has entered the production line, cancellations are no longer possible.
