Print & Product Information

Q: What print mediums and papers do you offer?

I offer my photographs on three main, professional-grade mediums: Lustre Photo Paper, High-Gloss Metal, and a hand-selected Fine Art Paper.

For the Fine Art Paper option, I have personally curated the specific paper for each photograph. An image with soft fog, for example, will be listed with a smooth, non-reflective matte paper, while a vibrant autumn landscape might be paired with a textured watercolor paper. You will see my specific recommendation for that image listed on its product page.

Q: What if I want a different paper or medium?

I am happy to provide a custom quote! If you would like a different fine art paper than the one I've selected, or a medium not listed (like a gallery-style acrylic print or a stretched canvas), please use the "Custom Print Inquiry" form at the bottom of the product page. Let me know what you have in mind, and I will work with my lab to get you a quote.


Shipping & Turnaround

Q: Is shipping free?

Yes! Standard shipping is included on all orders within the United States.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

Total delivery time is a combination of production and shipping.

  • Production: Please allow 1-3 business days for my professional lab to create your print.

  • Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days for delivery. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Q: How are your prints shipped?

I work with a professional, high-end art lab to ensure every print is of the highest quality. Your print will be professionally packaged in a sturdy container to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Q: What is your return policy?

In short, items are custom created for you and can not be returned unless they are damaged or a mistake was made by myself or the lab. For more details, see the return policy.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
